[Release]MaxBot v0.02 - CL bot for Silkroad

This is another, better version of MaxBot. This one also features a grab (but it only grabs gold). You can view (small) full list of features below. Unfortunately, I'm still having tiny problems with auto unstuck, but I should be able to finish that tonight.

The bot is entirely written in C++, with no packers, and thus the size of the DLL (MaxBot.dll) is minimum - only 21KB. Bot is based on a SR33 framework for Silkroad, which simplifies making bots, helpers and other stuff for Silkroad. SR33 framework is written by Drew Benton, a really famous and respected guy in Silkroad programming community. He has done a lot, and I'm sure he will keep it that way.

Features :

- Auto hunt (kills monsters)
- Auto grab (only gold)
- Console window with debug

Please note that this version still doesn't have auto-unstuck implemented (on screenshots it says it does have auto unstuck, but so far it's unreliable, so I disabled it in this version. Will be fixed ), and it's easy to get stucked, and un-stucking will require your intervention.

Instructions :

1. Enter Silkroad normally and move your character to the place where you want to bot.
2. Exit Silkroad.
3. Open SR33 (SR33.exe).
4. Open [sr33]cl ([sr33]cl.exe).
5. Choose the server, enter ID/PW, press Login, wait for the Image Code, enter image code, then click Submit. When you are "in", in Step 3. choose your character and click Select. When you get this "You are now logged into the world. Please enjoy (:" in the Status log, you are now spawned.
6. Switch to SR33 4.0 (which you opened previously) and in Plugin type 'maxbot'
7. Click on Stats in [SR33]Clientless 2.0 to watch statistics (EXP, X, Y, HP, MP itd.).

I've released this bot on one another forum, less-known and on another language.

MaxBot v0.03a will be out soon. New features :

auto-unstuck,
kills monsters that attack you,
better monster tracking and
better grabbing.

You will also be able to see monster's HP. In version v0.10, you also may see a GUI =)

Hi XOR, i signed up because of this thread and have a couple of question, great work so far btw.

1. I am currently using softmod, how hard would it be to use softmod with a clientless tool like this.

2. If this is quite difficult, how hard is it to impliment features like range, back to town, repotting, storage, and other selective features.

Are there any plans for this? I've been looking for a crack/custom clientless bot for over a year and $40 for 700hrs is too expensive but I've posted on various sites and am willing to pay a few hundred for a permanent clientless.

If you want to use this clientless bot, there is no need to use Softmod. You can open clientless + softmod (client) and bot on the normal way. That way, for example, you will have two clients (just one that isn't spending so much CPU & RAM =).
If you meant on something other, let me know. Since my 0x33 account (nick spacejumper) got hacked long time ago, I couldn't restore access to my account due to 0x33 policy, so I cannot develop anything related to softmod.

I am hardly working on this bot, I even have plans to sell this bot on nC. But I still didn't got in touch with admins, since the bot is not completed. I would like to hear an admin's comment on this (selling the bot on nC when it's finished).

Well, I will work on walkback feature, but that is currently on the end of my plan list. There is a lot of basic job to do, like skills for example. The current version is v0.05, with auto unstuck, obstacle checking + the basic features. Current priority are skills and second is security. I'm glad there is someone on nC looking for MMO and I look forward to finish this bot and provide it on nC.

I was more thinking of how to use the bot (softmod) and use the clientless feature to allow me to bot softmod clientlessly, instead of using alot of cpu power as it currently does (im wanting to run 30+ clients) much like the current clientless IRSO bot. It uses the irso bot, developed to be able to run clientless.

Oh, so if I understood you right, you want to run iSroBot (softmod) clientlessly ? That is impossible, since iSroBot is reading from SRO_Client memory (which in case of clientless doesn't even get ran) and is sometimes emulating mouse clicks (that's why it's optimized for 1024x768). What is IRSO bot ? I never heard about it before. Only heard about ISRO ... If you have MSN or if you are on IRC (#sremu, #0x33, #teamexit, #rev6 etc.) feel free to contact me there (mafioso1930).

Due to RL commitments (school), I will temporarily pause the MaxBot development. However, I will try to do my best to keep it working. The skills are almost finished, but will be prolonged due to the reason I already told you. Just have patience =)

hey man i tryid to download from this site but every time i downloaded it it would try to open up a internet explorer then close. right after it closed the screen would show up asking wether to open or save or cancel. id click on open and the same thing would happen. the same thing happens with open. i think it may be the type of file or it could just be the website i am trying to download from. can u try to post on a different website?

Go in C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc and open file called 'hosts' with notepad. If you see any line that has gwgt1.joymax.com or gwgt2.joymax.com - delete it. I will also release an updated version tonight, or tommorow, if ISP doesn't shut down my net for 15 days (don't ask why).

Attached the new version. Now please, when you run SR33.exe, immediately load the plugin, and then run SRO. This is done since the packet that has character ID is not sent in-game, it's sent while you are logging in. Again, I guarantee that I do not have access nor I read your ID/PW from packets that are sent to SRO server. This version is far more stable and has better packet parsing. Also there is auto unstuck and obstacle checking, and some more features which make the bot stable.
