Half life vs counter strike, whats the difference?

Our package just got here last week from China with these really cool CS figures from 1000's Of Chinese Wholesale Items Shipped Direct From China ToYourDoor that I bought for my son. He is only 8 and I am starting to think that the computer game is a little too violent for him but the toys are kinda cute and harmless. Does anyone know if these characters have names? You can see them at this page Wholesale Collectible Items Shipped Direct From China Wholesaler unless they moved them by the time you read this. I have heard some people call this game half life, is there a difference?

Half life is the original singeplayer game that Valve created and it has some sci-fi to it but Counter - Strike is a game using the Half Life game engine. They are related but Counter - Strike is a lot more realistic... They are both pretty violent considering they are games where you run around and kill things.

I don't see any "pre-sale" questions regarding products that are being sold here.

Also, action figures aren't exactly something that is related to nC, why not consult the site you bought it from to figure out they have names?
