These arn't rules as such, but a guideline post could contain:

Your name
Age
Sex (Yes please?)
Location
Games you play
Where you work
Hacking experience
Hacks you have/dream to have (We all know you're sad and dream about gaming )
Your most embarrassing moment ever (So we can all laugh at you )
Why you chose nC
