Then please reconsider who might be the person you need to talk to!

1. Problems with the board, your board account
Talk to moderators or administrators, not to coders!!
We do have more important things to do.

2. Trouble with a hack
Talk to the *creator* of the hack, not to some coder who is currently online! How am I supposed to help anyone on pr0bot which I haven't coded nor used ever! Switch on your brain!

3. Interested in becoming a customer
Checkout the board, marketplace and photoblog before asking a coder
about the features. Trust me, 99% of your questions have already been answered before.

4. Selling licenses and refunding
As said before, re-selling licenses aswell transfering them to someone else is not possible (unless otherwise stated by a coder). This includes swapping a license for game A to a license for game B, aswell as requesting for a refund like 2 months when the game becomes boring to you. That's not the way it's going to happen! Otherwise try to buy a Ferrari, and have it refunded half a year later as your bored from it or in exchange for a Porsche.

5. Asking for free bots
Consider it a waste of time.

6. Asking for discounts
If you're a poor guy, give it a try. Be reasoning, but don't send over 5000 character messages including your whole biographie. And if you're the type of person that is going to tell your buddies about the good deal you made, so that they're asking for the same price 2 days after, better forget about it. You will get in trouble.

7. Learn English
My English sucks, but I have to deal with it. And so are you. I am not going to translate posts or descriptions to French, German, Spanish or whatsorever anymore.

8. MSN / ICQ
Talk to me on MSN/ICQ if I asked you to do so or you're about to buy something. It's been a pain in the ass lately to have 20+ convos open all the time, and nobody is going to get any help thru it. If it takes like 20min for me to reply, you know the situation. But its time to introduce some changes:

• For support use the board. ALWAYS. No exception.
• I'm not up for small talk ("hey bro, wazzup")
• I'm not your orakle
  ( "where do I get a crack forX, do you know any tool blah blubb?", [...] )
• Always start a convo like this:
  Hi, Im <nc nickname> [ , a customer of <bot> ]
• Make your point, QUICK, don't waste time

Furthermore I advise to read the Kids Guide to MSN.
