The netCoders forums have grown tremendously over the last 2 years and we thank all of you for being a part of this growing community. In order to keep the forums running well and to prevent problems, please follow these simple rules for the forums here. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact one of the Staff Members. General Rules:- While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
- Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.
- Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
- Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members.
- Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts. For style changes and general 'how-to' questions this should be 24 hours. For specific troubleshooting issues, use 12 hours as a guideline.
- Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
- Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
- While we are quite happy to have constructive comparative conversations about competitor's products, we will not tolerate blatant adverts or the sort of 'ooh look, yet another bulletin board' threads. Also, we would appreciate it if you refrain from blatant bashing of other boards.
- We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
- If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of your post.
- Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
- You cannot post any affiliate or referral links, or post anything asking for a referral. Such posts will be subject to removal.
- You cannot post advertisements or notices for contests if they arent related to the cheating or gaming scene.

Requirements You should be at least 18 years of age and/or capable of downloading, installing, and configuring some files. Some basic skills like reading, understanding the content of a manual, and patience are presumed. - The World speaks English and so shall you. Otherwise get some training
- Vendors don't have the time to teach you how to read. Browse some
boards on how to unzip password protected files - Vendors will NOT teach you how to install games or graphic
drivers. Anything not related to the cheat itself is your problem Payments You should own a PayPal/Moneybookers account and have the full amount of money ready before even talking about a sale. Don't send any money before you have talked to the vendor and have negotiated a deal. - Vendors don't accept partial payments
- Identify yourself by your username or first name when transferring money
- Receiving money from a unknown person causes trouble and a lot of
paperwork for nothing. Add transaction id, your email and name to any payment and any correspondence - If you cannot use paypal, make a friend send the money. Vendors do
not accept checks or bank transfers After You Have Paid Don't start spamming the board or send 1000s of PMs to the coder asking for the downloads. Most of us have real lives and other stuff to do. Sometimes we even need some sleep. So be patient and wait for an answer, instead of wrongly assuming that you've been defrauded. - Confirm the payment by sending a private message to the vendor,
including transaction ID, your email address, amount of money and anything that will help him to verify your payment easily - Follow the instructions given by the vendor
- One message is enough. Spamming is not the key to success.
In most cases you're granted access to some protected area or private board. Make sure to read all the information carefully before asking questions that have been answered a thousand times before. Problems Satisfied customers are what every vendor is looking for. If you're interested in some feedback, just talk to our customers. However life is trouble and nothing can be fool-proof. Anything can be sorted out with your help. - Hacks are "hacks". Bypassing detections and hijacking games by
undocumented means may cause trouble on certain environments. Antivirus- and firewall- software as well as other software changing your OS in a fundamental way (also graphic drivers) may interfere with intended behaviour. If a hack does not work on your machine, provide a detailed bug report to help to sort things out. Also show some cooperation by switching software and/or (un-)installing them. - Use the support thread if possible instead of private messages. Other
customers can be of help too - Use existing threads
- Don't cry for instant money refund. That should be the last resort
