1 year is a good amount of time to be active to 1 website so I decided to start it at 1 year.
Well once you been a member for a full year for instance, I joined Feb 2008. I cannot become a nC Veteran 1 star till Feb 2009.
For you you are already a 2 year nC Veteran and in Feb 2009 you will be a 3 year nC Veteran.
