ALL the work, but this needs a lot of configuration and testing. I personally recommend to use a very low aimhelp configuration, which basically means that you do most of the aiming while the bot completes your crosshair movement. I started playing ETQW about half a year ago and joined a random unknown team (IbkC.esports) where I played a lot of 4on4's against low+ skilled teams. After a few weeks of playing a lot of boring 4on4 matches I decided to start over with a new team. Normally a clanless player has to search for a team. With nCQW the teams will ask

After few days of playing on public servers I was invited to join a med skilled, german speaking team (real-tribute). We played a lot of cups, leagues and practice wars and became a respectable opponent for even med+ skilled teams. The time passed by, when I suddenly got an email from the team capitain of the
Swiss National Team for Enemy Territory Quake Wars, and guess what, they wanted to have me in the team since they "heard" about me having a very good aim
A few days later, I successfully played my first nationscup match with Team Switzerland against danmark and after a week against germany. To show you guys what I mean by saying the human aimbot is really good, heres a screenshot of the end result of the match against germany:
As you can see its absolutely no problem to make 50 unsuspicious kills, even in a Nationscup match!
After a 4:0 win from team Austria, I finished my first nationscup for ETQW with a huge amount of "fragmovie ready" multikills and a lot of compliments from other players. This also was the time when the first fanboys started to admire me and trying to lick as much ass as possible.

In that time of teamsearching I also played a few matches with our beloved ex-CB Admin bulld0g in the same team, and he did
NOT notice anything at all!
Finally, after 4days without clan, a member of the best dutch ETQW team from team-ephix (rated as one of the top 10 teams in europe) asked me if I'd be still cless cause they'd need a 6th man to complete their lineup. I just had to play 1 match with them and they decided to add me to their roster without any trail time (there was another member also beeing just added to the team, and for some reason he had to be tryout for 2 weeks
).
Conclusion: After less than 6months playing, I was a fix player in one of the top10 clans of europe, played against the best of the best teams (dignitas, 4kings, kompaniet, infinity, vae, etc...) and was able to collect a huge amount of experience on that way.
